Osceola Capital’s portfolio company 360 Quote refinanced with a senior secured facility from Plexus Capital and executed multiple add-on acquisitions, including Quote.com, USInsuranceAgents.com, BuyAutoInsurance.com, 4AutoInsuranceQuote.com, QuickQuote.com, FreeAdvice.com, and Ping Leads. The acquisitions will be consolidated under the 360 Quote brand to strengthen the company’s auto insurance performance marketing platform and expand into legal and life insurance, while Ping Leads introduces a pay-per-call marketplace capability.
