D-A Lubricant Acquires Crystal Packaging (now D-A Packaging LLC)

D-A Lubricant Company has acquired Crystal Packaging, Inc., a contract blending and packaging firm based in Henderson, Colorado, which will operate as D-A Packaging LLC. The acquisition — completed following Crystal Packaging's Chapter 11 process — adds more than 40 employees, a 70,000+ sq. ft. facility with large bulk blending tanks and ~2 million gallons of storage, expanding D-A's manufacturing capacity and presence in the western U.S.
