EdgeCo Holdings Acquires Axios Advisory Group to Expand AmericanTCS Retirement Services

EdgeCo Holdings LP has completed the acquisition of Axios Advisory Group, Ltd., integrating Axios's American Pension Benefit retirement plan administration and Axios Wealth Management advisory services into its AmericanTCS business unit. The deal expands AmericanTCS's administration, recordkeeping and wealth capabilities as part of EdgeCo's ongoing roll-up strategy in the small- and mid-sized retirement plan market.

EdgeCo's AmericanTCS Buys Touchstone Retirement Group (TRG)

EdgeCo Holdings LP has entered into a definitive agreement to bring Touchstone Retirement Group, LLC (including TRG Fiduciary Services and TRG Administrative Services) into its AmericanTCS outsourcing business unit. The acquisition expands AmericanTCS's retirement outsourcing, fiduciary and administrative capabilities for small- and mid-sized retirement plans and integrates TRG's client base and operations into EdgeCo's existing custody and retirement services platform.
