The acquisition expands AmericanTCS's retirement outsourcing, fiduciary and administrative capabilities for small- and mid-sized retirement plans and integrates TRG's client base and operations into EdgeCo's existing custody and retirement services platform.

EdgeCo Holdings Acquires Goss Advisors to Expand Wealth Division

EdgeCo Holdings, L.P. has entered into an agreement to bring New Orleans-based Goss Advisors (GWM Advisors LLC) into its wealth division, which includes the wealth management operations of Mid Atlantic Capital Group. The transaction, which will join Goss Advisors' ~100 independent-advisor platform and ~$8 billion in brokerage and advisory assets to EdgeCo, is expected to close before year-end and will retain Goss Advisors' executives and employees.

CBIZ Acquires American Pension Advisors

The deal adds APA's 14 employees and roughly $2.9 million in revenue to CBIZ's Retirement Investment Services practice and strengthens CBIZ's presence in the Indianapolis metro market.

Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires Retirement Advisory Group

Wealth Enhancement Group, a national independent wealth management firm, announced the acquisition of Retirement Advisory Group, a hybrid RIA based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, bringing roughly $150 million in client assets and a five-person team into Wealth Enhancement's platform. The deal expands Wealth Enhancement Group's Twin Cities presence and increases its assets under management.

American Trust Company Acquires LT Trust Company

American Trust Company, a subsidiary of EdgeCo Holdings, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Denver-based LT Trust Company, a national retirement plan provider and recordkeeper. The deal (subject to regulatory approvals) will add talent and technology to American Trust, expand its institutional outsourcing capabilities, and increase its presence in the Midwest and Western U.S.; LT Trust’s ~100 employees will join American Trust upon closing.
