Alvaria Acquires Cicero's Intelligent Analytics Platform

The deal expands Alvaria's automation and analytics suite to deliver desktop analytics, agent productivity insights, and workflow-triggered RPA to improve customer and employee experiences.

Granicus Acquires Calytera from BuildGroup

The acquisition is intended to accelerate digital transformation for public-sector customers across the US, Canada, UK and Australia; Vaquero served as financial adviser to Calytera on the deal.

CivicPlus Acquires Optimere (ArchiveSocial, Monsido, NextRequest)

CivicPlus has agreed to acquire Optimere, the combined business behind ArchiveSocial, Monsido, and NextRequest, to integrate digital compliance, accessibility, and records-management capabilities into its Civic Experience Platform. Insight Partners will support the transaction with additional equity and certain Optimere shareholders (including Level Equity) will become investors in CivicPlus; Optimere serves over 6,000 customers and had crossed roughly $30M ARR prior to the deal.
