Supreme Group, a life-sciences marketing platform backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, has acquired Curator24, a San Diego-based marketing and advertising agency serving pharmaceutical, biotech and MedTech clients. Curator24 will operate as a standalone agency within the Supreme Group platform, with founder Shannon Carlson remaining in leadership; the deal expands Supreme Group's healthcare marketing capabilities as it builds a best-in-class platform.

Amendola will continue to operate under its brand with founder Jodi Amendola remaining as president; the acquisition is the fifth add-on to the Supreme Group platform and aims to expand the platform's healthcare marketing and digital capabilities.

KAKEN Pharmaceutical Acquires Aadi Subsidiary from Whitehawk Therapeutics for $100M

Whitehawk Therapeutics has completed the divestiture of Aadi Subsidiary, Inc. to KAKEN Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for $100 million in cash plus customary adjustments. KAKEN assumes ownership of the Aadi Bioscience name, trademarks and the FYARRO business; Whitehawk expects to use proceeds (together with a recent $100M PIPE) to fund its ADC pipeline and extend its cash runway into 2028.
