Organigram Acquires Collective Project Limited to Enter U.S. Hemp-Derived THC Beverage Market

Organigram Global Inc. acquired 100% of Collective Project Limited for approximately C$6.2 million upfront, with milestone and earnout payments linked to future beverage revenue that could bring total contingent consideration to C$24 million. The deal gives Organigram an immediate footprint in the U.S. hemp-derived THC beverage market and accelerates its entry into the cannabis beverage category in Canada by adding Collective Project’s ready-to-drink hemp/cannabis beverage portfolio and existing U.S. retail listings.

TricorBraun Acquires Craft Beverage Warehouse

TricorBraun has acquired Craft Beverage Warehouse, a Milwaukee-based digital printing specialist for canned beverage brands. The purchase expands TricorBraun’s North American beverage packaging and digital printing capabilities and will be integrated into CanSource, with Craft Beverage Warehouse operating independently until early 2026; financial terms were not disclosed.

Constellation Brands Acquires Funky Buddha Brewery

Constellation Brands, Inc. acquired Florida craft brewer Funky Buddha Brewery in a transaction that closed on August 9, 2017. Funky Buddha, founded in Boca Raton and operating a large production brewery and taproom in Oakland Park, Florida, was advised by Farlie Turner Gilbert while the founders transitioned ownership to Constellation to expand the brewer's reach through Constellation's distribution and brand platform.

Barrel One Collective Acquires Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company

Bay Brewing and Finestkind Brewing, has acquired Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company, a Worcester-based all-imperial beer specialist. The acquisition preserves Greater Good's Worcester taproom and brewery while expanding Barrel One's Massachusetts footprint and adding a high-ABV specialty brand to its portfolio.

Bronco Wine Co. Acquires Assets of Wine Hooligans

Bronco Wine Co. acquired key assets of Wine Hooligans at auction, taking full control of brands including Portlandia, Shortbread, Broadside and alcohol-removed Sea Monster, plus production facilities in Santa Rosa. Bronco, which had been Wine Hooligans' majority shareholder since 2023, will retain most Wine Hooligans employees to support ongoing operations under Bronco ownership.
