Veeam Software completed its $1.725 billion acquisition of Securiti AI to create a unified Data Platform that combines Veeam's data resilience capabilities with Securiti AI's DSPM, privacy, governance and AI trust functionality. The deal brings roughly 600 Securiti AI employees into Veeam and names Securiti AI founder Rehan Jalil as Veeam's President of Security and AI to accelerate safe AI adoption at scale.

Databricks Acquires Arcion

Databricks has agreed to acquire Arcion, a provider of real-time change data capture (CDC) and enterprise data replication technology, in a transaction valued at over $100 million. The acquisition will enable Databricks to provide native, low-latency ingestion and replication connectors from enterprise databases and SaaS applications into the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, expanding its data ingestion and real-time capabilities.

Alation Acquires Lyngo Analytics

Alation Inc., the Redwood City–based data intelligence company, has acquired Los Altos–based Lyngo Analytics to integrate Lyngo’s natural-language AI capabilities into Alation’s data catalog. Lyngo’s co-founders Jennifer Wu and Joachim Rahmfeld will join Alation in senior product and AI/ML roles to help broaden the platform’s support for non-technical business users and convert natural-language questions into SQL.

Alarm.com Acquires Vintra AI Video-Analytics Assets
