Zonda, a MidOcean Partners–backed provider of data and digital solutions for the homebuilding industry, has acquired Alpha Vision, a long-standing provider of interactive floor plans, digital site maps, 3D/VR home renderings and sales engagement software. The acquisition expands Zonda's product suite and enables deeper integration of Alpha Vision's visualization and sales tools into Zonda's listings, data products and AI initiatives for the new-home market.

Thomson Reuters Acquires Imagen Ltd.

Dynamo Software, majority-owned by Francisco Partners, has acquired Imagineer Technology Group to expand its cloud software offering for the alternative investment industry. The deal adds Imagineer's Clienteer and WebVision products to Dynamo's platform, increasing its customer base to more than 1,000 clients and further solidifying its position with hedge funds and other alternative asset managers; terms were not disclosed.

The deal expands Urbanimmersive's real-estate photography services, adds a DSLR HDR trigger capture app and recurring subscription websites, and is presented as the first step in the company's accelerated growth plan to broaden service capabilities and accelerate adoption of its 3D tour SaaS solutions.

The transactions expand Urbanimmersive’s real estate photography service footprint in Quebec and Mexico and bolster its offering of subscription-based 3D marketing and photography solutions.
