Medallia shareholders received $34.00 per share; Thoma Bravo said it will leverage its software operating expertise and the company’s SaaS and AI capabilities to expand Medallia’s customer reach and accelerate product innovation.

The deal, which includes the sale of Perwyn Growth Capital's investment, was expected to close in March 2021 and will add Decibel's always-on digital journey and experience capabilities to Medallia's Experience Cloud.
