Hubbell Incorporated Acquires Systems Control from Comvest Partners for $1.1 Billion

Hubbell Incorporated agreed to acquire Systems Control (Northern Star Holdings, Inc.), a manufacturer of substation control and relay panels headquartered in Iron Mountain, Michigan, for $1.1 billion in cash. The transaction — previously announced Oct 2023 — closed in December 2023; Systems Control reported estimated 2024 sales of approximately $400 million and was a Comvest Partners portfolio company since 2018.
