Cvent Acquires Splash to Expand Field Marketing Product Suite

Cvent has acquired Splash, an event marketing technology company, to extend its event and marketing platform into field and repeatable event programs. The acquisition brings Splash's platform — used by 500+ organizations including more than 60 Fortune 1000 companies — into Cvent's product suite to accelerate event marketing capabilities and drive pipeline for customers.

Guidewire Acquires HazardHub

Datasite Acquires MergerLinks

The purchase will integrate MergerLinks' vetted deal and relationships data into Datasite's suite of deal lifecycle applications to support deal ideation and expand Datasite's M&A data capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Integrated Water Services and Sciens Water Acquire Hyperion International Technologies

Integrated Water Services, in partnership with Sciens Water Opportunities Management (an affiliate of Sciens Capital), acquired 100% of Hyperion International Technologies, a control-systems and engineering services provider for water and wastewater markets. The deal expands IWS’s product and digital services capabilities in modular MBR and wastewater reuse technologies; Hyperion’s General Manager Scott Johnson will lead the business as Al Ouchie transitions to retirement.
