Hubbell Incorporated Acquires Ripley Tools from CW Industrial Partners

Hubbell Incorporated has acquired Ripley Tools, a U.S. manufacturer of professional hand tools and test & measurement equipment for fiber optic, coaxial, telecom and electrical utility markets, from Cleveland-based private equity firm CW Industrial Partners. The sale, announced July 2022, expands Hubbell's product offerings for utility and communications end markets; terms were not disclosed.
