The deal gives Odeko a direct presence in Northern California and lets Six Degrees' customers access Odeko's online ordering platform, national catalog, and support services.

SpatialChat Acquires Teemyco

San Francisco-based SpatialChat has acquired Stockholm-based Teemyco, a virtual collaboration company, to accelerate development of its AI-powered Cloud HQ and expand its footprint in the distributed work market. The acquisition combines Teemyco's presence-driven collaboration technology and user insights with SpatialChat's AI agent integrations to speed product development across knowledge intelligence, global collaboration, and cross-time-zone productivity.

The deal, brokered by Transworld Business Advisors of South & West Texas, was described as values-aligned with terms undisclosed and aims to preserve Boomtown's brand, leadership and existing cafes while providing operational support and long-term stability.

Envoy Acquires OfficeTogether

Envoy has acquired desk reservation and scheduling startup OfficeTogether, bringing founder and CEO Amy Yin and her engineering team into Envoy to accelerate product development for hybrid work. Accenture Acquires Tenbu to Expand Data & AI Capabilities
