SmartRIA acquired the Greytwist Data Governance software platform and related assets in an asset sale, integrating Greytwist's vendor due diligence, PII data governance, and cybersecurity policy management capabilities into SmartRIA's Compliance Management Platform. SmartRIA will bring the Greytwist team aboard to support customers and accelerate the combined product roadmap for wealth management firms.
