Celly H2 LLC has acquired Chemtec New Energies (CNE), a renewable-energy focused division of Chemtec Energy Services LLC, to expand its hydrogen fueling and storage infrastructure capabilities. The deal brings CNE's modular refueling and storage expertise into Celly's portfolio to accelerate deployment of modular advanced hydrogen refueling stations (MAHRS) for municipalities, transit authorities, fleets, industrial users and ports.

DXP Enterprises Acquires Hennesy Mechanical Sales LLC

DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) has completed the acquisition of Hennesy Mechanical Sales LLC, a manufacturers' representative specializing in municipal water, wastewater and industrial pump sales, service and repair across Arizona, New Mexico and West Texas. The deal, funded with cash on DXP's balance sheet, adds approximately $10.1 million of LTM sales and $1.2 million of adjusted EBITDA and is intended to expand DXP's Water platform capabilities and geographic reach.

Harbour Group Acquires Texcel (Trelltex, Inc.)

(d/b/a Texcel), a Houston-based supplier of industrial and hydraulic hoses, fittings and fluid sealing products, to join its specialty-flow components platform. The Heico Companies has completed the acquisition of Precision Engineering, a Uxbridge, Massachusetts-based Tier-1 manufacturer of precision sheet metal enclosures. Precision will join Heico’s Thermal Solutions Segment (TSS), expanding TSS’s capability to offer high-precision sheet metal–based thermal enclosures and peripherals to aerospace/defense and critical industrial OEMs.
