MeritDirect has acquired Compass Marketing Solutions to expand its B2B data offerings across the U.S. and Canada. The deal is MeritDirect's first add-on since partnering with Mountaingate Capital in May 2019; Compass founders John Hartmann and Todd Love will join MeritDirect's management team as Senior Vice Presidents.
