(RSi), a leading provider of supply chain and on‑shelf availability analytics for CPG manufacturers and retailers. The acquisition adds RSi’s supply chain solutions and large retail/warehouse-level data assets to IRI’s Liquid Data platform to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility and analytics capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

CMA CGM Group Acquires Ingram Micro's Commerce & Lifecycle Services (CLS)

CMA CGM Group has signed an agreement to acquire most of Ingram Micro's Commerce & Lifecycle Services (CLS) business, including the Shipwire order-fulfillment platform, for an enterprise value of USD 3.0 billion. The transaction will be integrated with CMA CGM's subsidiary CEVA Logistics to bolster the group's contract-logistics and eCommerce capabilities, particularly across the U.S. and Europe; the CLS business reported approximately $1.7 billion revenue and ~11,500 employees in 2021.

Agility Retail Group Acquires Infinity Retail Services

Agility Retail Group, a partner company of San Francisco Equity Partners (SFEP), has acquired Infinity Retail Services, a Turtle Lake, Wisconsin–based designer and manufacturer of retail fixtures and displays that serves the telecom channel. Infinity's founders Kevin and Wendy Jansen retain significant equity and the existing management team will continue to run the business; terms were not disclosed.

Quantios Acquires Klea

The acquisition combines Klea's LEM and collaboration capabilities with Quantios' existing SaaS suite to accelerate automation and digital transformation for corporate legal teams and multi-client service providers.

The sellers (led by principals Steve Misotti and Tim Pirtle) had a longstanding relationship with Allstates, and the deal is intended to accelerate integration and growth of the businesses within Allstates' U.S. footprint.
