Uniguest Acquires Touchtown

Uniguest, a Nashville-based provider of secure public-space technology and an Atlantic Street Capital portfolio company, has acquired Touchtown, an Oakmont, Pennsylvania-based senior living community engagement software provider. Touchtown will retain its brand and team while integrating Uniguest’s hardware and managed-service offerings to expand product capabilities and software-based recurring revenue for senior living and hospitality customers.
