Stratix Corporation Acquires Vox Mobile

Stratix Corporation has acquired managed mobility services provider Vox Mobile to expand its service capabilities, add telecom expense management and automation tools, and extend geographic coverage into Ohio and Canada. The deal will integrate Vox's endpoint management, help desk and Encompass TEM platform into Stratix's portfolio, enabling 24x7x365 support and expanded cross-border resources.

LLR Partners Recapitalizes Stratix Corporation

LLR Partners completed an equity recapitalization of Stratix Corporation, a U.S.-based provider of Managed Mobility Services (MMS). Tailwind Capital sold its majority stake but will remain a minority investor, and Stratix's CEO Louis Alterman and the existing management team will continue to lead the company to support continued growth and scaling.

Telit Acquires Mobilogix Group Assets

Phantom Space Corporation has acquired StratSpace, a 20-year space systems consultancy and satellite systems engineering firm, to expand Phantom's capabilities across satellite design, manufacturing support and space program management. The deal brings StratSpace's technical know-how and customer relationships (including NASA and major defense primes) into Phantom's vertically integrated offering of rockets, satellites and space data infrastructure.
