The investments create a platform to consolidate and scale tree care, plant and shrub healthcare, and lawn care services across high-growth U.S. MSAs in the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest.

TreeServe, a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital Partners, has acquired Dave Leonard Tree Specialists (Lexington, KY) and JL Tree Service (Fairfax, VA) as add-on acquisitions to expand its regional tree care platform across the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest. The acquisitions expand TreeServe’s footprint in Central Kentucky and the Washington, D.C. metro area and are financed under senior secured credit facilities arranged by O2 Sponsor Finance.

Tree Guardians Acquires Caldwell Tree Care
