The self-funded acquisition expands Remarkable Group’s digital experience platform (DXP) capabilities and adds Ultimedia’s engineering, optimisation and enterprise client roster to the Group’s service offering.

CivicPlus has agreed to acquire Optimere, the combined business behind ArchiveSocial, Monsido, and NextRequest, to integrate digital compliance, accessibility, and records-management capabilities into its Civic Experience Platform. Insight Partners will support the transaction with additional equity and certain Optimere shareholders (including Level Equity) will become investors in CivicPlus; Optimere serves over 6,000 customers and had crossed roughly $30M ARR prior to the deal.
