Calvert Street-backed pharmacy software provider FDS completed a strategic merger with Amplicare effective August 31, 2020, combining Amplicare's Medicare plan comparison and decision-automation tools with FDS's New Era Pharmacy platform. The combined organization will remain based in Fort Worth, Texas, operate additional locations in New York City and Columbia, Maryland, and serve more than 15,500 pharmacies nationwide to expand capabilities and data-driven services for community pharmacies.

Omnicell Acquires MarkeTouch Media

Abacus Group Merges with Medicus IT to Create FFL-backed Financial Services & Healthcare MSP
