Omnicell, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMCL) agreed to acquire pharmacy software provider FDS Amplicare from Calvert Street Capital Partners for $177 million in cash. The acquisition adds FDS Amplicare’s SaaS financial management, analytics, and population health solutions to Omnicell’s EnlivenHealth division to broaden its digital and population-health offerings for retail pharmacies and health plans.
