Latécoère has completed the acquisition of Malaga Aerospace, Defense & Electronics Systems (MADES) from American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (AIAC) via affiliate Malaga Electronic Systems Holding Company (MESH). The deal strengthens Latécoère's interconnection systems capabilities and advances its position in the U.S. defense market, reinforcing the Group's leadership in avionic racks.
