Inwave Acquires Swedish Gateway

The deal adds Gainfully's platform — which supports distribution of compliant content to more than 400,000 agents and advisors — to White Glove's done-for-you marketing services, expanding the company's enterprise marketing capabilities; Rockbridge provided strategic support and Copper Run Capital served as buy-side advisor.
