Spire Global, Inc. (NYSE: SPIR) completed its acquisition of exactEarth Ltd. (TSX: XCT) via a plan of arrangement, acquiring all outstanding shares in a cash-and-stock deal. The acquisition adds approximately $18m ARR, 150+ customers, and exactEarth's historical AIS database and real-time maritime data capabilities to Spire's space-based data and analytics portfolio.

Solera Acquires Spireon from Greenbriar Equity

Solera Holdings, LLC has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Spireon, a leading North American telematics and connected-vehicle intelligence provider, from Greenbriar Equity Fund IV. The deal expands Solera's fleet and vehicle solutions by adding Spireon's IoT NSpire platform, roughly 4 million connected devices and a large customer base to enable cross-selling and capability expansion across the vehicle lifecycle.

Keysight Technologies Acquires Spirent Communications plc

Keysight Technologies has completed its acquisition of Spirent Communications plc for approximately £1.16 billion (about US$1.46 billion) on a fully diluted basis. Spirent shareholders receive 202.5 pence per share (199p cash plus a 3.5p special dividend); Spirent will be integrated into Keysight’s Communications Solutions Group while certain Spirent business lines will be divested to satisfy regulatory conditions.
