SEGA SAMMY, through its affiliate SEGA SAMMY CREATION Inc., has completed the acquisition of GAN Limited for $1.97 per share, taking the company private and resulting in GAN’s delisting from NASDAQ. The deal brings GAN’s GameSTACK SaaS technology and Coolbet operator assets into SEGA SAMMY’s gaming portfolio to expand its online and integrated gaming capabilities.
