Guardian Fire Protection Services Acquires Harris Fire Protection

Guardian Fire Protection Services, backed by investor Knox Lane, has acquired Harris Fire Protection, a Baltimore-based specialist in special hazard and marine fire suppression systems. The acquisition expands Guardian's presence across the Mid-Atlantic and bolsters its capabilities in marine and special-hazard fire protection; terms were not disclosed.

The Hiller Companies Acquires Fire Defense Services, Inc.

Halma plc Acquires FirePro for €150m

Halma plc has acquired FirePro, a Limassol-headquartered designer and manufacturer of condensed aerosol fire suppression systems, for €150 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. FirePro will operate as a standalone company within Halma's Safety sector, broadening Halma's fire-detection and suppression capabilities and giving FirePro access to Halma's global reach and resources.
