The acquisition is an add-on to Ness's industry cloud and data capabilities, intended to deepen its cloud, data and AI advisory and delivery for financial services clients; financial terms were not disclosed.

Full-Life Technologies Acquires Focus‑X Therapeutics

Focus‑X shareholders are eligible for an upfront payment plus up to $245 million in development, regulatory and sales milestones and royalties; the deal was expected to close in Q1 2023.

Spectrum Science Acquires Continuum Clinical
