HireQuest Acquires Assets of Snelling Staffing

HireQuest, Inc., through its subsidiary HQ Snelling Corporation, entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire certain assets of Snelling Staffing for approximately $17.3 million (before working capital adjustments). The deal includes 48 Snelling locations (about $95 million in system-wide sales in 2020) and is intended to expand HireQuest’s commercial staffing capabilities and geographic footprint across the U.S.

HireQuest, Inc. Acquires Northbound Executive Search

HireQuest will fund the deal with cash on hand, a modest draw on its line of credit, $500,000 in HireQuest stock and a seller's note portion payable over three years; Northbound founders Rachel and Greg Feder will remain to lead the business.

Elite365 Acquires Proxi Dental Staffing

HireQuest Acquires Assets of MRINetwork

The acquisition gives HireQuest immediate scale in executive search and professional staffing, adding MRI's franchise network and complementary capabilities to HireQuest's existing staffing brands.
