Aiglon Capital Management, together with Merit Capital Partners and Classic Brands' management, has acquired Classic Brands, a Denver-based designer, manufacturer and distributor of wild bird feeders and related birding products. The investors plan to support Classic's expansion into new product categories, e-commerce and select add-on acquisitions to grow the business.

High Bar Brands Acquires BettsHD from Betts Company

The BettsHD product lines (including metal fenders and mud flap hangers) will retain the BettsHD brand, with Betts Company continuing to operate its other divisions while Bill Betts remains invested in the BettsHD business under HBB.

Win Beauty Solutions Acquires Classic Beauty Supply

Win Beauty Solutions, LLC has acquired the assets and distributor salon consultants of Classic Beauty Supply, a Bolivar, Missouri-based salon distributor. The acquisition expands Win Beauty Solutions' salon distribution territory by four states (Kentucky, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas), connecting its southeastern operations with the Midwest and increasing its distributor footprint.

General Mills Acquires Whitebridge Pet Brands' North American Cat Feeding and Treating Business

General Mills completed the purchase of Whitebridge Pet Brands' North American premium cat feeding and pet treating business from NXMH for $1.45 billion. The deal includes the Tiki Pets and Cloud Star brands, generated about $325 million in trailing retail sales, and transfers two manufacturing facilities in Joplin, Missouri to General Mills; NXMH retains Whitebridge's European business.

Highlander Partners Acquires Controlling Interest in Hi‑Tech Industries

Highlander Partners, a Dallas-based private investment firm, acquired a controlling interest in Hi‑Tech Industries, a Farmington, Michigan manufacturer and distributor of professional car care products and specialty aerosols. Hi‑Tech will continue to operate autonomously from its Farmington and Southfield facilities under its existing management while Highlander pursues a buy-and-build strategy in the automotive appearance market.
