High Bar Brands (HBB) has acquired BettsHD, a division of the 156-year-old Betts Company based in Fresno, California. The BettsHD product lines (including metal fenders and mud flap hangers) will retain the BettsHD brand, with Betts Company continuing to operate its other divisions while Bill Betts remains invested in the BettsHD business under HBB.
