Playvox Acquires Prodsight to Launch Playvox Customer AI

Playvox, a Sunnyvale-based provider of workforce engagement management software, acquired Prodsight, an AI-driven customer interaction analytics SaaS provider, to integrate advanced sentiment analysis, text analytics, and auto-tagging into the Playvox suite. The acquisition — announced Jan. 12, 2022 — will rebrand Prodsight as Playvox Customer AI and strengthen Playvox’s quality management and coaching capabilities for contact centers.
