Perforce Software Acquires BlazeMeter Continuous Testing Platform from Broadcom

Perforce Software, a private, PE-backed provider of DevOps and application quality tools, agreed to acquire the BlazeMeter Continuous Testing platform from Broadcom in a deal announced September 30, 2021 and completed October 30, 2021. Financial terms were not disclosed; Perforce said the acquisition expands its application quality portfolio by adding BlazeMeter’s SaaS-based load, performance, API and unified continuous testing capabilities.
