Ocean Tomo (with Bow River) Acquires Veris Consulting

Ocean Tomo, in partnership with Bow River Capital, has acquired Virginia-based financial forensics firm Veris Consulting to expand its litigation consulting, financial forensics, and expert witness capabilities. The deal brings Veris’ team into Ocean Tomo’s IP and intangible-asset advisory platform, creating a combined firm of more than eighty professionals and broadening services for law firms, corporations, and government clients.
