HCL Technologies Acquires Starschema

HCL Technologies has agreed to acquire Starschema, a Budapest-based data engineering services firm, in a strategic buyout to strengthen HCL’s data engineering and digital engineering capabilities and expand its presence in Central and Eastern Europe. The deal combines Starschema’s data engineering, consulting and managed services expertise with HCL’s global technology platform to serve enterprise clients across the U.S. and Europe.
