Validity, a provider of data quality and email marketing solutions, has acquired MailCharts, a campaign-planning platform for ecommerce marketing teams. The acquisition will keep MailCharts as a standalone product while integrating its competitive email intelligence into Validity's Everest platform to expand email marketing and deliverability capabilities for customers.
