Nearmap Acquires Betterview

The deal will combine Nearmap's high-resolution imagery and geospatial tools with Betterview's AI-driven property attributes to expand capabilities and accelerate product development for insurance customers; financial terms were not disclosed and closing is subject to customary conditions.
