Unio Health Partners, a portfolio company of Triton Pacific Capital Partners, announced a partnership to add inSite Digestive Health Care as the platform’s gastroenterology division. The deal brings inSite’s 67 gastroenterologists and 3 pathologists to Unio, more than doubling the platform’s provider base and expanding its footprint across California; terms were not disclosed.
