TCP Software, a provider of cloud-based workforce management and time & attendance solutions, acquired Aladtec, a River Falls, Wisconsin–based online employee scheduling and workforce management system focused on public safety. The Aladtec platform will be integrated into TCP’s suite (and maintained as a standalone product) to expand TCP’s scheduling capabilities and better serve public safety, healthcare and dispatch customers.

Transition Capital Partners Acquires PAT Tank Inc.

Transition Capital Partners (TCP), with financing and an equity co-investment from Plexus Capital, acquired PAT Tank Inc., a Port Arthur, Texas-based provider of above-ground storage tank construction and repair. The transaction closed November 1, 2024, with 3 Rivers Capital selling its portfolio company; GulfStar served as exclusive financial advisor to PAT Tank. The deal positions TCP to capitalize on ongoing regulatory-driven demand for tank installation, repair and upgrades across Gulf Coast industrial markets.

Element Materials Technology Acquires Analytical Lab Group from Thompson Street Capital Partners

USALCO (H.I.G. Portfolio) Acquires ALTIVIA's Water Treatment Business

USALCO, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired ALTIVIA’s water treatment chemical business, including ferric and ferrous sulfate production facilities in Houston, Texas. The deal transfers the unit from ALTIVIA as the company focuses on petrochemicals and specialty chemicals, and expands USALCO’s coagulant product offering and Texas footprint.

Thompson Capital Partners Acquires Metco Metal Finishing, LLC

Thompson Capital Partners (TCP) completed the acquisition of Metco Metal Finishing, LLC, a Phoenix-based metal plating and chemical processing provider formerly a division of Triumph Manufacturing. TCP will combine Metco with its AID Aerospace portfolio company, investing in facility upgrades and pursuing aerospace Nadcap and quality certifications to expand capabilities and cross-sell into aerospace, automotive and semiconductor end markets.
