Lovell Minnick Partners acquired Irvine, California-based ATTOM Data Solutions (formerly RealtyTrac) in January 2019. ATTOM — a residential real estate property data provider — was sold by Renovo Capital and Rosewood Private Investments, giving Lovell Minnick control of ATTOM's property-data assets and enterprise data products for real estate, mortgage and insurance customers.

ATA National Title Group Acquires Absolute Title, Inc.

ATA National Title Group, a Farmington Hills, Michigan-based title insurance and settlement services company, has acquired the assets of Absolute Title, Inc. to expand its presence in the Ann Arbor market. The deal closed February 18, 2022; financial terms were not disclosed and Absolute Title will continue operating from its Ann Arbor office with its 17 employees under the Absolute Title Agency brand.

Action Title Research Acquires Eastland Title Services
