Atos has acquired Miner & Kasch, an AI and data science consulting firm headquartered in Elkridge, Maryland, to strengthen its data science and Data Science-as-a-Service capabilities. The deal brings Miner & Kasch's expertise into Atos' existing zData practice, expanding Atos' pool of AI consultants and accelerating deployment of next-generation data science platforms and industry solutions.

Terms were not disclosed.
