The Cary Company, a privately owned supplier of containers and facility products based in Addison, Illinois, has acquired Containers Unlimited, a family-owned industrial container distributor and reconditioner headquartered in Hayward, California. The acquisition expands The Cary Company's West Coast footprint and adds reconditioning capabilities with Containers Unlimited's multiple California locations.

Mauser Packaging Solutions Acquires Consolidated Container Company, LLC

Mauser Packaging Solutions, an affiliate of Stone Canyon Industries LLC, has acquired substantially all assets of Consolidated Container Company, LLC, a manufacturer, reconditioner and distributor of industrial containers with facilities in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Kansas City, Kansas. The transaction, funded with $56 million in cash from Mauser's balance sheet, expands Mauser’s reconditioning and recycling capabilities and geographic footprint and is expected to be margin accretive before synergies.

Kelso & Company Acquires Container Supply, Adds to Packaging Distribution Platform

Kelso will combine Container Supply with its existing investments in C.L.
