TPG Capital Acquires CollabNet VersionOne from Vector Capital

TPG Capital signed a definitive agreement to acquire CollabNet VersionOne from Vector Capital; terms were not disclosed. TPG said it will commit up to $500 million of equity to build an integrated, enterprise-focused DevOps platform and pursue acquisitions to expand capabilities in Agile planning, DevOps and Value Stream Management.

The deal integrates Arxan’s application-security capabilities into Digital.ai’s DevOps/DevSecOps platform to deliver a unified intelligent value stream for enterprise customers.

Lee Partners for $1.4 billion. The deal, expected to close in Q3 2023 subject to regulatory review, will allow TPG to expand its healthcare IT / SaaS portfolio and grow Nextech's platform and capabilities.
