The add-on expands TEAM's infection prevention and control portfolio and brings additional domestic N95 manufacturing capacity and a CDC-certified product into TEAM's platform.

The add-on strengthens MicroCare's medical infection prevention portfolio, adds private-label and concentrate capabilities, and retains ICT management including founder Nathan Johnson.

Northstar Recycling Acquires Waste Technology Services

Northstar Recycling Company, LLC has acquired Waste Technology Services, LLC, combining two asset-light providers of managed waste, byproduct management and environmental consulting to strengthen technical capabilities and expand sustainability-oriented services. WTS, founded in 1982 and headquartered in Lewiston, New York, will join Northstar's platform (PE-backed after a 2021 recapitalization led by Ridgemont Equity Partners) to deliver broader recycling, reuse and reclamation solutions across specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, high-technology and industrial end markets.

(MwT), a Silicon Valley–based compound semiconductor manufacturer founded in 1982 that specializes in GaAs and GaN MMICs, discrete devices and hybrid amplifier products. The deal expands CML Micro's product portfolio, strengthens its mmWave and high-frequency R&D capabilities, and aims to accelerate global market reach for MwT's products via CML's sales and distribution network.
