Phone2Action has acquired KnowWho, the world's largest directory of public officials and influencers, expanding its government relations and public affairs technology offering. The deal follows Phone2Action's recent purchase of GovPredict and brings KnowWho's database and founder Bruce Brownson onto the Phone2Action management team, creating a more comprehensive platform for policy, legislative and stakeholder intelligence.
