Flatfile has acquired AI start-up ChatCSV Inc. to integrate ChatCSV's conversational CSV and spreadsheet analysis capabilities into the Flatfile Data Exchange Platform. ChatCSV — founded by Sam Barrowclough and used by enterprises such as Procter & Gamble and McKinsey as well as tech firms like Zapier and Quora — will continue to exist as a stand‑alone tool while its commercial plans are made free and its founder joins Flatfile.
