Fonon Quantum Technologies, Inc. (FQTI) has acquired Beamer Laser Marking Systems, a U.S.-based manufacturer of industrial fiber and CO2 laser marking equipment. Beamer will continue operations (manufacturing in Flushing, Michigan) while engineering will be strategically relocated/integrated with FQTI's Orlando, Florida operations to expand capabilities and market reach in industrial laser equipment.

Bergman & Beving Acquires 90% Stake in DataLase

Bergman & Beving has acquired a 90% stake in DataLase Holdings Ltd, a UK-based leader in photonic (inkless) printing technology, with CEO Clare Lewis retaining a 10% ownership and continuing in her role. The business will be placed in Bergman & Beving's Safety Technology division to expand the group's capabilities in sustainable, inline product and packaging printing solutions.

ARCH Cutting Tools Acquires Diversified Precision Products

ARCH Cutting Tools Corp., part of ARCH Global Holdings LLC, has acquired Diversified Precision Products, Inc., a Spring Arbor, Michigan-based maker of custom round carbide cutting tools and centerless grinder work rest blades. The acquisition expands ARCH’s custom tooling capabilities and domestic manufacturing capacity to better serve automotive, aerospace, medical and industrial customers. Steve Lazaroff, owner of Diversified Precision Products, will transition the business into the ARCH Cutting Tools platform.

Silver Investment Partners Acquires Crystal Laser Systems GmbH (CryLaS)

Silver Investment Partners (SIP) has acquired Crystal Laser Systems GmbH (CryLaS) from healthcare investor SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement mbH. CryLaS, a Berlin-based manufacturer of deep‑UV pulsed and CW laser systems serving the semiconductor, biotech and healthcare markets with around 50 employees, will work with SIP to expand product development, production capacity and market reach.

ArchStar Capital Completes Investment in Deployable Systems, Inc.

ArchStar Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm, has completed an investment in Deployable Systems, Inc. (DSI), joining it with ArchStar's earlier investment in Packaging Strategies Incorporated (PSI) to form a new packaging holding company. DSI and PSI design and manufacture rugged rotationally- and injection-molded protective cases serving aerospace, defense, telecommunications, medical devices and related markets; terms were not disclosed.

UFP Technologies Acquires DAS Medical
