Champions Group Holdings Acquires Bee's Plumbing of Seattle

Champions Group Holdings, an Irvine-based home services platform, has acquired Bee's Plumbing (Bee’s Plumbing and Heating), a Seattle-based residential and commercial plumbing services provider founded in 2017 by Melissa and Ben Bandel. The acquisition expands Champions Group's footprint in the Seattle metro area and strengthens its local plumbing service offering while Bee's Plumbing will retain its brand and leadership following the transaction.

The founders Russell and Peter Morgan sold their interests; longtime Morgan Brothers manager Arnold Hardy becomes president, will purchase equity and share ownership with Winsupply.

IES Holdings, Inc. acquired an 80% ownership interest in Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning, LLC, a Hudson, Florida-based residential HVAC and plumbing services provider. The Blankenship family will retain a 20% stake, and Bayonet — with trailing 12-month revenue of about $86 million and over 500 employees — will join IES's Residential segment to expand its Florida footprint and add HVAC and plumbing capabilities.

Shenandoah Industrial Services Acquires Bay Area Environmental Services

Shenandoah Industrial Services, a KLH Capital-backed provider of storm drainage and pipeline rehabilitation services, has acquired Bay Area Environmental Services, a Gibsonton, Florida-based water and sewer pipeline cleaning, testing, and restoration specialist. The add-on expands Shenandoah’s footprint into Tampa Bay and West Central Florida, adds experienced staff and new municipal, industrial and government customers, and broadens its service capabilities in pipeline inspection and rehabilitation.

Sila Services Acquires Ahrens & Condill and Tangney & Sons Plumbing and Sewer

Sila Services, a Goldman Sachs–backed home services platform, has acquired Ahrens & Condill, Inc. and Tangney & Sons Plumbing and Sewer Inc. to expand its footprint in the greater Chicago region. The deals add local HVAC, plumbing and sewer capabilities and teams to Sila’s AA Service Company lead brand in Chicagoland; financial terms and sellers were not disclosed.

Sun Capital Affiliate Acquires Andersen Commercial Plumbing from Seaside Equity Partners

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has acquired Andersen Commercial Plumbing (ACP), a La Verne, California-based commercial plumbing and HVAC services provider, from Seaside Equity Partners. Sun Capital said it will pursue a buy-and-build strategy to accelerate Andersen's expansion across Southern California; terms were not disclosed.
