CivicPlus has agreed to acquire Optimere, the combined business behind ArchiveSocial, Monsido, and NextRequest, to integrate digital compliance, accessibility, and records-management capabilities into its Civic Experience Platform. Insight Partners will support the transaction with additional equity and certain Optimere shareholders (including Level Equity) will become investors in CivicPlus; Optimere serves over 6,000 customers and had crossed roughly $30M ARR prior to the deal.

The acquisition expands OneMagnify's paid media capabilities across programmatic, CTV, paid search, paid social, and marketplace advertising; financial terms were not disclosed.
